Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Arkyi Tech ("Arkyi", "we", "us") collects when you visit this website or get in touch with us, and how that information is used, stored, and protected.

We collect information in two ways:

• Information you provide. When you submit the contact form or email us directly, we receive your first and last name, email address, company name, phone number (if given), and the contents of your message. Company name is a required field on the contact form.
• Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider keeps standard server access logs (such as request timestamps and approximate location) for security and reliability purposes. If you accept analytics cookies, we also use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used. Clarity additionally records session activity such as clicks, scrolling, and mouse movement, without capturing what you type into the contact form. See our Cookie Policy for details. We do not run advertising or third-party marketing trackers.

To operate the contact form and protect it from spam and abuse, we use two third-party services that each receive some of the information described above:

• Web3Forms. When you submit the contact form, the information you enter is sent directly from your browser to Web3Forms, a form-processing service, which forwards it to us by email. Web3Forms processes this data on our behalf so we can receive your enquiry. See web3forms.com for their own privacy practices.
• hCaptcha. The contact form uses hCaptcha to verify you're human before a submission is accepted, which helps stop spam and abuse. hCaptcha may process technical information about your device and browser as part of that check. See hCaptcha's Privacy Policy for details.

We don't control how these providers process the data they receive independently of us. Their own privacy policies (linked above) govern that processing.

• To respond to enquiries submitted through this site.
• To understand how the site is used, so we can improve it.
• To meet legal, security, and accounting obligations.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it with Web3Forms and hCaptcha as described above so the contact form can work, and with other service providers who help us operate this website or run our business (for example, email or hosting providers), under obligations to keep it confidential and secure. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Web3Forms and hCaptcha operate infrastructure outside Australia and Vietnam, including in the United States. This means information submitted through the contact form may be processed and stored overseas, subject to those providers' own security and privacy practices rather than ours directly. We only work with providers who publish clear privacy commitments, and we encourage you to review theirs (linked above) alongside this policy.

We keep enquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and maintain our business records, and delete or anonymise it when it's no longer needed. Web3Forms and hCaptcha retain the data that passes through their services according to their own retention practices, set out in the privacy policies linked above. We don't set those retention periods.

Depending on where you're located, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at legal@arkyisolutions.com.au.

This site uses hCaptcha, which sets necessary cookies and local storage whenever the contact form is loaded, to keep the form secure. This isn't optional. Separately, we use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity, which set cookies only if you accept them in the cookie banner and never run otherwise. See our Cookie Policy for details.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
