Arkyi Tech was founded by James Mumford, an experienced technology program and delivery leader with an extensive background across NSW, QLD and VIC Government, Financial Services, Utilities and Mining and Resources.
James has led and supported major initiatives involving secure cloud environments, enterprise data platforms, advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, application development and government digital services. His experience spans organisations and programs supporting the NSW Department of Customer Service, Department of Communities and Justice, NSW Fair Trading, Liquor & Gaming NSW, IPART, SIRA, NSW Treasury and other government stakeholders.
His work has involved some of the most complex areas of government technology delivery, including:

- Enterprise Azure cloud and self-service platform capabilities
- Data sharing and collaboration across government agencies
- Modern data discovery, catalogue and governance platforms
- Migration of public-sector platforms from AWS to Azure

James brings a combination of delivery leadership and deep technical understanding. He is equally comfortable working with executives, product owners and governance boards as he is working directly with architects, developers, platform engineers, data engineers and security specialists.
